The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the manager's manager. The room I stayed in was modern, beautifully maintained, and equipped with extra beds, a refrigerator, and toiletries. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit. The hotel is conveniently located just 0.5 miles away from the airport.

The superior double room has a very modern design. The view of the lake is astonishing. The hotel is located near grocery stores and the lake, within walking distance to downtown waterfront, making it perfect for visiting Lugano.

Great stop in Paradiso! The multilingual staff was amazing! They were so helpful and welcoming. The pool was clean and great atmosphere for a swim and a drink. Sunday breakfast was great. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The location just a block from the promenade around the lake was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall clean accommodation, especially helpful staff on night shift. A nice size and brand-new hotel rooms with a refrigerator. Magnificent, top location in Lugano, very close to the lake front and restaurants around supermarket a pharmacy, Bern, Interlaken, Zurich and now Lugano and Lugano lake, also 15 minutes walk to Lugano center and main shopping street. A great selection of food options at walking distance from the venue.

Great location, very friendly staff, modern design.

Novotel weren't aware that we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children as per Booked.net website. They struggled a bit in finding extra bedding, but then again they only opened the day before we arrived.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with room service available and regular housekeeping. The staff, especially the manager's manager, were friendly and always willing to help. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were great places to relax, and the sun terrace was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also very convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Comfortable beds

Not enough bedding for 2 children as booked and paid for Also sent children down to ask for 2 pillows as only provided for one child and reception said yes at 10 pm they will send 2pillows up they never came.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 small children, but on the confirmation was only mentioned two people. Hence the hotel ( first weekend opened) did not know this. But they provided extra bed, despite our extreme late arrival at 3 am.
